Hello guys get ready with me to cook my favorite dish. First of all, Lemme give you some brief information about jangbuli. Jangbuli is the oldest and unique dishes consumed by the people of bumthang. Today, It is cooked in different regions all over the country. It is a simple dis which can be made easily with less ingredients which are available in our own locality, yet it is very delicious food. The origin of the food is difficult to trace but this dish is usually made during special occasions and gatherings. Family members from different parts of the country come together occasionally and eat this dish and catch up with each other.

procedures.
1.Mix the flour with water to make the dough.
2.make small balls from the dough and roll them.
3.Cut the flat dough into long thin pieces.
4.Boil water in a pot.
5.Put the pieces into the boiling water and boil until the pieces float on the water.
6.As you boil the pieces of dough, stir them so that they don't stick together.
7.Transfer the boiled pieces from the pot to a container and wash them gently in cold water.
8.Heat some oil in a pan.
9.Add the boiled pieces of dough and fry for 3 minutes.
10.Add salt, chili powder and pepper, mixing them thoroughly.
11. now jangbuli is ready to be served.
